Ballet Tone
Friday morning exercise class for adults to stretch, strengthen and tone muscles the way dancers do at Kauai Dance Theatre's Kalaheo Studio. Fitness-formatted easy-to-follow ballet "barre" exercises require no experience and class is suitable for all fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat and/or thick towel for floor work. Regular attendance suggested but not required; visitors and drop-ins welcome. $6/class or $40/8 classes. Prenatal Aquatics - Childbirth Preparation Class
Increase and Maintain flexibility as you prepare with information and a supportive group for your birth experience.
