“HA” BREATH OHANA, With Rosemary Zasu

The Purpose of the “Ha” Breath Ohana is to create an on-going community of breathers committed to clearing their own family of origin limiting core programs and patterns in a deep, easy and graceful way at all levels.
Our monthly Saturday morning community will have a topic each month including Conception, Birth, Money, Work/Service, Conflict, Relationship with God/Spirit, Death and more.

Michael Harner's, The Way of the Shaman, Journeying, Power and Healing Workshop
The Way of the Shaman is the Foundation for Shamanic Studies Basic Workshop. In the 2 day workshop participants will learn about core shamanism and universal principles and practices of spiritual healing. Students will experience the shamanic journey, the oldest form of healing and connecting to spiritual wisdom on the planet.
Shamanic healing is used for healing past trauma, healing illness of body and mind, solving problems while deepening one's connection to spirit. It is applicable and compatible with any other spiritual way. |

Ayur-Yoga is a combination of Ayurvedic philosophy and Restorative Yoga, helping to balance all 5 elements, particularly the element of air or Vata Dosha. Practicing ahimsa or non-violence, gentle and spontaneous movements are guided by the refinement of breath or prana in a focused and silent way. Poses are held with assistance of props which allows one to surrender deeper with ease and relaxation. Recommended for fatigue, excess heat, back pain, injury, and to find peace and stillness within.
